Unless you'll be one of the participants, which I doubt you'd qualify, the meeting is secret and closed doors. The announcement of the location and the Alliances will not reveal their representants.
Even YOU will be able to notice that.

I was given the task to be the Organizer of one of the events that will take part inside the Sani Sabik meeting; the Conferences.
These conference agendas are designed to help you focus your attention concerning the issues within our scope of debate.
The agendas offer a direction for your research. You must be familiar with your Organization's position on the issue areas and the questions posed in the conference agenda. Your tactics will be more effective if you are also aware of the positions of the Sani Sabik with which you are negotiating.
Rules
The Conferences are open to the Alliance and corporation members invited and accepted at the metting. Each Organization may request more seats, the extra participants will be able to participate at the conference, but not the main meetings. VR locations will be separated and different levels of security will apply. Send your list of names to me, privately.
No minimum wallet requirements for attending the conference only.
Public will be granted extra seats upon request and acceptance by the Sani Sabik Sovereign.
